本アプリ「瞬間カラー」（以下、「本アプリ」）は、写真やスクリーンショットから色コードを取得することに特化したシンプルなカラーピッカーアプリです。 本アプリの提供にあたり、利用者の皆さまのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。 本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるデータの扱いについて説明します。

1. 取得する情報

1-1. 写真ライブラリの画像

本アプリは、端末内のフォトライブラリから選択された写真・スクリーンショットを読み込み、 画像上のピクセルカラーを解析します。 この処理は端末上で完結し、画像そのものが外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

• 利用目的: 写真から色コード（HEX / RGB / HSL）を取得するため
• 送信先: なし（端末内のみで処理）

1-2. カラー履歴（ローカル保存）

本アプリは、ユーザーが取得した色コード（HEX）を「履歴」として端末内に保存します。 これは、後から同じ色コードを簡単に再利用できるようにするための機能です。

• 保存される情報: 取得した色コード（HEX）のみ
• 保存場所: 端末内（ローカルストレージ）
• 外部送信: なし

1-3. 広告配信のための情報（Google モバイル広告）

本アプリは、無料で提供するために Google モバイル広告（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用しています。 広告配信のため、Google およびそのパートナーが端末識別子等の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。

• 広告ID（IDFA などの端末識別子）
• おおまかな利用状況やクラッシュ情報など（Google が提供する標準的な範囲）

これらの情報の扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従います。

2. トラッキング許可（AppTrackingTransparency）

iOS 端末において、本アプリは広告配信の最適化のためにトラッキング許可を求めるダイアログ（AppTrackingTransparency）を表示します。 ユーザーが「許可しない」を選択した場合、トラッキング用の識別子（IDFA）は利用されません。

• 許可した場合: 広告IDを用いたパーソナライズド広告が表示される場合があります。
• 許可しない場合: コンテキストに基づいた広告など、トラッキングを伴わない形で広告が表示される場合があります。

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

本アプリがアプリ独自に取得する情報（色コード履歴など）について、開発者がそれを第三者に提供することはありません。 広告SDK（Google Mobile Ads）を通じて収集される情報は、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーに基づき利用されます。

4. ユーザーの選択と管理

• 写真アクセス権の管理
  端末の設定アプリから、本アプリの写真アクセス権を変更または取り消すことができます。
• トラッキング許可の変更
  iOS の設定アプリ > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング から、 本アプリのトラッキング許可を変更することができます。
• カラー履歴の削除
  アプリ内の履歴削除機能を備えている場合は、そこから履歴をクリアすることができます。 （今後、機能追加された場合を含みます）

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けに特化したサービスではありませんが、特定の年齢層を対象とした個人情報の収集は行っていません。 広告SDKの利用においては、各提供元のポリシーに従います。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはストア上の説明文などでお知らせします。

Shunkan Color – Privacy Policy

Shunkan Color (the “App”) is a very simple color picker designed only to grab color codes from your photos and screenshots. We respect your privacy and strive to handle your data in a transparent and minimal way. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

1-1. Photos and Screenshots (Photo Library)

The App accesses photos and screenshots in your device’s photo library only after you choose an image. It analyzes pixel colors on the selected image to calculate color codes (HEX / RGB / HSL).

• Purpose: To pick color codes from your photos and screenshots
• Where processing happens: On your device only
• Image uploads to servers: None

1-2. Color History (Local Storage)

The App stores the hex color codes you have picked in a simple “History” list on your device. This is just to help you reuse recently picked colors more easily.

• Data stored: Hex color codes only
• Location: Local storage on your device
• Shared with third parties: No

1-3. Advertising Data (Google Mobile Ads)

To provide the App for free, we use Google Mobile Ads SDK. For ad delivery, Google and its partners may collect certain device-related information.

• Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS)
• Basic usage information and diagnostics, as provided by Google’s standard SDK behavior

The use of this data is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Tracking Authorization (AppTrackingTransparency)

On iOS, the App may request tracking authorization using Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework, in order to enable personalized ads. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the App will not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.

• If allowed: Personalized ads using your advertising identifier may be shown.
• If not allowed: Only non-tracking or contextual ads may be shown.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

The App itself does not share the color history or other app-specific data with any third party. Any data collected by advertising SDKs (such as Google Mobile Ads) is handled in accordance with the providers’ privacy policies.

4. Your Choices and Controls

• Photo access
  You can change or revoke the App’s access to your photo library in your device’s system settings.
• Tracking permission
  On iOS, you can change the tracking permission in: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Clearing color history
  If the App provides a “clear history” feature, you can delete stored color history from within the App. (This also applies to such a feature when added in future updates.)

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children, and it does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children. Any use of data through advertising SDKs is subject to each provider’s policies.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are important changes, we may notify you via the App or on the app store listing.
